    Print Representations

Every effort has been made to accurately represent the colour and quality of the images you see here. However, due to differences in computer screens, updates to edits and certain other variations, the images here should only to be taken as a guide. Rest assured, the colour, sharpness and overall quality of a finished Lost Collective print will always be far superior to what can be presented on a screen. Every artwork is individually printed to order and inspected thoroughly to ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained.

    Editions

We offer both limited and open edition artworks in the Lost Collective Shop. Limited edition prints apply to sizes of A2 (600 x 400mm) and upwards and have a set number of copies which will be made available for purchase. The number of editions made available will display directly above the price on the product information pages when an applicable size is selected. The larger the size, the smaller the edition. When an edition count is reached, that image will no longer be available for purchase in that size.

Glass prints consist of a separate count to paper prints, although any paper print wether unframed or framed will count towards the edition ie: if an A2 (600 x 400mm) unframed print is purchased, the availability for raw, white and black framed prints of that image in that size will also reduce by one and vice versa.

The two smallest sizes of A4 (300 x 200mm) and A3 (420 x 300mm) prints are unnumbered open editions across the entire range of Lost Collective and do not contribute to any edition counts. There is no limit to the number of times the image can be reproduced in these sizes. Open edition prints are still personally signed and titled by Brett.

    Framed and Unframed Prints

Framed and unframed prints are printed on Canson® Infinity Rag Photographique 310 GSM, a 100% cotton, museum grade, white fine art photo paper. We print using Epson UltraChrome™️ HD Ink, A resin-coated pigment ink renowned for its superior colour gamut, lightfastness and water-resistance. The image is surrounded by a white border. All prints are signed, titled and dated personally by Brett, and also numbered in the case of limited edition prints. The prints are mounted on acid-free foam core. Lost Collective offers shadowbox frames in raw, white or black, made using sustainable plantation timber. If you would like different styles or colours than what is listed, please get in touch as we can provide just about any style of framing that is currently available. We use standard glass in all our framing, but can also provide UV resistant, anti-reflective Artglass for an additional cost.

    Glass Prints

Glass prints are the most vibrant and modern method of display. The finished result gives black shades a more pronounced appearance with an increased colour gamut, giving a vibrant and luminous finish that almost looks like a 3D picture. The concealed mounting system allows the print to appear as though it floats approximately 20mm off the wall surface. The process involves printing the image to a high gloss, fine art archival, quality paper, which is then face-mounted directly to the rear side of the glass surface using an optical adhesive. This process completely seals the print from atmospheric contaminants and protects it from humidity and UV rays. We use toughened, 6mm thick, bevelled edge glass for face mounting. The glass has a low iron content which provides maximum optical clarity. Glass prints are supplied with a split mounting batten attached to the rear of the print. We ship your print with the required screws, fixings and instructions to easily mount your print on any wall surface. No part of the mounting system is visible once your print is installed on the wall. Your Lost collective glass print will be free from fading for at least 100 years if cared for properly.

    Acrylic Blocks

Acrylic blocks have an almost identical production process glass prints, although these are designed to be displayed as a feature piece on a desk or shelf and as such, does not require a mounting system. These small, freestanding acrylic blocks measure 20cm X 30cm X 3cm. Acrylic blocks also come packaged in an elegant display box which makes them the perfect gift.
