Shipping Information

Shipping Charges

All orders placed in the Lost Collective Shop have a flat shipping rate of $30 to anywhere in Australia, or $60 internationally.

Duties and Taxes

Items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible for paying any of the taxes and duties levied by the country our products are shipped to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. Lost Collective is unable to advise how much these duties will cost; please ensure you aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase.

Lead Times

All prints in the Lost Collective Shop are custom made to order using the highest quality materials, by hand, by Australian small businesses. There are over 500 images available to purchase with 16 variations for each one. That makes well over 8000 possible variations available for purchase. As much as we'd love to stock all of this at any given time, It's just not possible. Please allow between 10-20 business days from the date of ordering to delivery of your purchase within Australia. For international shipping, please allow between 20-40 business days for delivery. Note: During busy periods such as Christmas, mothers/fathers day, lead times will increase. Please take this into account when ordering, or contact info@lostcollective.com before placing your order for an estimated delivery date. If your order is urgent, please contact info@lostcollective.com, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Tracking and Delivery

When you place an order in the Lost Collective Shop, we will keep you updated on the progress of your order. When the print is ready to ship, we will contact you to coordinate the delivery with you directly. Note: Our products cannot be shipped to PO boxes. Please provide a fixed address for delivery at checkout.

Damaged Items

All items are thoroughly checked before sending and professionally packaged with care in such a way that it will arrive free of damage caused in transit. In the unlikely event that you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened, insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order. If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us, and we will organise a replacement for you.
